Return Policy

We stand firmly behind every bag of Symphony Chips with a 100% Satisfaction Money-back Guarantee. While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you might want to return items. Simply complete the return form that was included with your order and enclose it with the items you wish to return.

Any bags of Symphony Chips that you wish to return must be post marked within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. A store credit note will be issued for any items returned after this time.

We ask that any returned items are wrapped securely and recommend use of insured, registered delivery to obtain and monitor tracking of your package. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Subscription Policy

With our subscription, you are subject to a cancellation fee if you cancel within the first 90 days of your subscription. After the first 90 days, you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you please!
