Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Delivery can be standard or rushed, it's totally up to you.

Shipping & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation. Within 1-3 business days when your order has been fulfilled and given to the selected shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This email will be sent to the email address attached to your order so that you are able to see where your order is as it moves closer to your desired delivery destination.

If your TRACKING information says that the label has been printed, but your chips have not been shipped, please send an email to our customer service team customers@symphonychips.com to request an update.

- If you have not received a confirmation stating that your package has shipped, please send an email to customers@symphonychips.com and we would be happy to update the address for you.

- If your package is in TRANSIT, send an email to customers@symphonychips.com and we would be happy to try and update the address for you.

- If your package has been sent back to us due to inability to deliver because of an incorrect address, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. 

- Upon receiving your package, we will contact you to update your address and do our best to get your package out to you ASAP!

- If you contact us before we receive your package, we will update the address and however, we will not be able to resend the package until it arrives.

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect order, please contact customer service and send pictures to customers@symphonychips.com ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
