Why Does Fitness Matter

According to the Daily Living website, the answer is Better overall health! Our bodies were made to be active. When we become inactive, we put ourselves at increased risk for heart and bone disease, diabetes, and cancer. More energy: When you improve your heart, lung, and muscle function, you have more energy for daily tasks.
What does fitness mean to me, well the older (and more wiser me?) would say fitness is finding a balance between a healthy body, mind, and spirit. A healthy body means taking care of myself by eating well and exercising. Feeling fit however is a little deeper. It means knowing I am able to go out and do almost any activity (biking, swimming, running, hiking). Not to mention snacking along the way!

  • The sodium ratio per serving is to extreme for me. I would love to support your brand. Hopefully you can create a unsalted, unsalted herbal, and baked potato chip for the health conscious, and people with underlying health problems that want an occasional treat.
